What does that mean? It means we do not function within a linear leadership structure. Instead of one person having the final say on a project the team votes on what work will be done. Once approved, each project will have an established team leader that will help contractors and other team members stay on top of goals and complete work in a timely fashion. Once completed the project team disbands and a new team is formed for new projects.
